The venue was amazing, I really enjoyed the stay and the location was lovely near to then stadium, and Train Station. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. A tub in the private bathroom was a plus. It offered outstanding service and good food too. Fortunately, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a good bonus. I had a perfect 10/10 time...

Also, location was magnificent and fantastic, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a historical museum. It also was in the middle of jackson. In love with big size rooms for 3 grown children. A shower, a hairdryer and soft bathrobes were available there.

The hotel had a great location, close to many attractions and restaurants. The room was well-appointed with two bathrooms and plenty of amenities. The staff was welcoming, serving us a complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival.

There were several negative aspects to this hotel. the breakfast was not up to par, lacking fresh and non-dairy options.

The romance package was a great deal, including a bottle of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. the breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

We could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms. the staff were a bit loud during their breaks, which made it difficult to relax in our room.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is incredibly convenient, being right next to a subway station and near the train station. This makes it easy for guests to explore the city and quickly get to the stadium. The rooms are perfect for a family of three grown children, providing enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel is delicious and satisfying, ensuring a great start to the day.

The only minor flaw I could find was the initial difficulty in finding this hotel due to its name. However, once found, all was well.

The hotel had a convenient location and friendly staff who served Prosecco during check-in. The room had two bathrooms, which was practical. The beautiful work of the housekeeping was noticeable, and the staff at breakfast were polite and extremely accommodating despite the lack of non-dairy options.

The sound insulation of the rooms was not good, and one could hear noise from other rooms.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the main attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. The hotel facilities were impressive and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail from the housekeeping staff, as the bedding was done perfectly and the shower head was spotless! We enjoyed the breakfast, which was delicious and had a lot of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. We were impressed with the efficient check-out process and the receptionist's professionalism.

This hotel is an epitome of luxury. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, were attentive and welcoming. The room had exclusive amenities, and the two bathrooms in the junior suite were incredibly convenient. The location was excellent, and the in-room breakfast was delectable. The bar/lounge area was great to unwind after a long day.

It was a little disappointing to have heard the staff conversing in the inside court during their break, which disturbed my peace. The cleaning supervision was not paying heed as the essential toiletries were not replaced.

Excellent location. Nice junior suite with two bathrooms. Superbly serviced rooms. Comfortable beds. Sublime breakfast experience. Polite and accommodating staff. Efficient check-out.

I had a fantastic stay at The Dufour By Hotel Schweizerhof in Zurich. The rooms were exceptional, beautifully serviced, and well-appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The location of the hotel was excellent, conveniently close to the train station. The breakfast provided a sublime experience, with a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Zurich.
